Freebird is a year round Free Style Wrestling club. Fall season gets the kids in shape for Folk Style season starting in November (high school) and January (middle school).

This fall season runs from September 11 through November 15th for High School Wrestlers (through January 16th for Middle/Elementary School Wrestlers). The November 3rd Pat Flynn Technique Camp is included in this registration fee. We will go to player optional tournaments tournaments affiliated with Washington State Wrestling Association. Contact us if you are on a Northshore Meal Plan and we will discuss scholarship opportunities.

All kids need to have a USA Wrestling card by the first day of wrestling practice. All coaches must have a USA Wrestling Leader Card. See here for more details.

Tentative Schedule:

• Most weeks, practice is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30-7:30. We also practice on some Sundays depending on the week and the schedule.
• Practice locations vary in September and October. Kenmore Lanes provides practice space when we need it. We are looking for permanent practice space in Woodinville. Starting November 15, we are in Leota Middle School.
• Highschool practices continue until November 18. Middle School Practices continue until the start of Middle School Folk style Season January 15
• Saturdays in December there will be Tournaments that are optional (but encouraged) - usually 8AM - 3PM - Each tournament is usually 30-45 dollars to enter - USA Wrestling Card Required - kids that play other sports can still attend tournaments even if they miss practice.
• Some Sundays we will have practice, a clinic by one of our guest coaches, and might be able to have a practice for Football player Wrestlers.

There are no requirements for practice attendance. Kids can come to as many or as few as their schedule permits.
