Freebird is a year round Free Style Wrestling club. Spring Season we practice and compete in Freestyle Tournaments.

This Spring season runs from March 11 through End of May for for ages 5-18. A tentatively scheduled Pat Flynn Technique Camp is included in this registration fee. We will go to player optional tournaments tournaments affiliated with Washington State Wrestling Association. Contact us if you are on a Northshore Meal Plan and we will discuss scholarship opportunities.

All kids need to have a FULL ATHLETE USA Wrestling card by the first day of wrestling practice. If you already purchased a LIMITED FOLKSTYLE membership, there are upgrade options to pay the difference. All coaches must have a USA Wrestling Leader Card. See here for more details.

Tentative Schedule:

• Most weeks, practice is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30-7:30. We also practice on some Sundays depending on the week and the schedule.
• Practice locations vary and is usually a mix of Woodinville High School, Leota Middle School, and Kenmore Lanes. We are looking for permanent practice space in Woodinville.
• Saturdays in March/April/May there will be Tournaments that are optional (but encouraged) - usually 8AM - 3PM - Each tournament is usually 30-45 dollars to enter - USA Wrestling Card Required - kids that play other sports can still attend tournaments even if they miss practice.
• Some Sundays we will have practice, a clinic by one of our guest coaches, and might be able to have a practice for Football player Wrestlers.

There are no requirements for practice attendance. Kids can come to as many or as few as their schedule permits.
